MICROSCOPE CALIBRATION

Calibration of a microscope requires extensive knowledge and understanding of microscopy principles.

Although it is a task not frequently needed as part of the yearly Maintenance, microscope calibration will definitely apply once a major repair requires dismantling components in the light path. Special montage, tooling and calibration slides are utilized to ensure the collimation of the light path is well within factory tolerance and specifications.
